Roger Lee has over twenty-five years experience in marketing research,
marketing planning, and new product development with First Stage
Marketing (formerly Lee and Company), Vantage Point, Inc., Sealed Air
Corporation's Cryovac Food Packaging, Westclox, and PCA International,
Inc.  With an MBA from Winthrop University, he has experience in all phases
of marketing research, working with various types and sizes of for-profit
and not-for-profit organizations.  His most extensive background is in the
packaging industry, primarily due to a more than two decade association as
employee and consultant with Cryovac, the world's largest flexible
packaging company.  Organizations in food production (packers,
processors, and manufacturers), distribution (distributors, brokers, and
wholesalers), retailing (supermarkets and convenience stores),
foodservice (commercial and non-commercial), and other food related
organizations (packaging augments, trade publications, and associations)
have been subjects and sponsors of research he has conducted over the
years.  Other vertical markets in which he has conducted significant
research include photography, foodservice cooking equipment, language
services, and point-of-sale equipment.

Applying detailed specifications and performance standards, FSM routinely
subcontracts tasks such as data collection (such as structured telephone
or mall intercept interviewing) or data processing (coding, editing, and
entry) to a core group of high quality individuals and highly recommended
field research firms.  Occasionally, with client permission, skilled outside
professionals (such as focus group moderators, executive interviewers, or
analysts) handle particular aspects, but not the entirety, of a consulting
    assignment.
